Colleen and her Malama Our Schools team continue to care for our educators during this stressful and difficult time, providing physical and spiritual nourishment so educators will be encouraged and able to pour out hope to those around them. (Side note: that's a great mission statement!)
Here's Colleen's note:
"What a generous outpouring of love and generosity was lavished on our Wellspring ohana educators, as meals, gift cards and prayers were provided and shared with them! We would love for this encouragement and care to extend further into their schools. As we continue to Malama Our Schools, our Wellspring educators will receive blessing bags on Sunday, November 28 to give to a co-worker they are grateful for, or to plant a seed of kindness.
So that we may plan well, please let us know by November 20 if your heart is leading you to join in. Please contact me, Colleen Itano, with the button below. I'd love to hear from you!"
How you can help:
Provide goodies packed in sandwich-size ziplock bags. Drop off perishables Wednesday (Nov. 23), Friday (Nov. 26), or Saturday (Nov. 27) at Wellspring, times TBA.
Contribution to Benevolence Fund marked Malama Our Schools to be used where needed.
Mahalo!!!!
