We’ve had the wonderful blessing of meeting Renee, Dayu, and their sweet little daughter (see photos) through Wellspring ‘ohana Chuck & Vina. Last year, Renee was diagnosed with cancer (advanced stage) and will be needing chemo and radiation for her lifetime. Some of the women of Wellspring brought meals and gift cards to Renee and Dayu to help alleviate having to cook when Renee recently had surgery. Knowing that Renee and Dayu have no family here, we want to be Christ’s love and encouragement to them. We’ve created a new meal sign up; if you’d like to participate, click on the link below. Please note that the dates are determined according to Renee’s chemo/radiation schedule and when Renee will need the most help.

Helpful Information:

• Prepare a meal for 2 people (their daughter is a toddler and will share with them)

• Gift Cards: Grub Hub, Door Dash, or Grocery Store gift cards are helpful if you prefer to send a gift card.

• Text Dayu or Renee the day of delivery to let them know when you will drop off meal. They eat around 5:00 p.m.

• If you’d like to help prepare a meal, but it is difficult for you to do the drop off, please reach out to Pastor Cheryl. We can make arrangements to have it brought to church on Sunday or something convenient for you.
